The International Hydrological Programme (IHP), the UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education and the World Water Assessment Programme (WWAP) are convening or co-convening numerous expert level events, spanning a spectrum of subjects: Water security under conditions of global change; Water quality, (including emerging pollutants); aspects of Groundwater governance (including transboundary, sea water intrusion, gender sensitivity and sustainable growth); Capacity Development, participatory water stewardship, water law, water, women and jobs; water management and migration.
